Hall & Woodhouse to host Christmas market in aid of local charities

Independent family brewer, Hall & Woodhouse, is set to host a Christmas market and festive family fun day to raise money for charity at its Brewery in Blandford.

After successful appearances at this year’s Ellingham Show and Dorset County Show, Hall & Woodhouse will continue its charitable support by offering seasonal shopping and a day filled with festive fun for all the family on Saturday, December 3, running from 10am to 11.30pm

Entry to the event is free and a selection of stalls will be available for shoppers to stock up on some last-minute Christmas gifts. A selection of festive food and drink will also be on sale throughout the event. All the proceeds from the stalls will be split equally and donated to local children’s cancer charity Teddy 20 and Dorset Mind.

To spread some festive cheer, Santa will be arriving at the Brewery on his sleigh at 11am, followed by storytelling and a family magic show from 12pm in the Brewery Tap. From 7.30pm, a family disco will be held in the Brewery Tap until 11.30pm.

“Our Christmas market is packed full of fun activities for all the family to get involved in, from live music performances to a guest appearance from the man in the red suit. Knowing that proceeds will be split between two amazing local charities will make it an extra special and unmissable day. We hope to see everyone down at the Brewery to show their support.”
